10:00 Kossuth (MS) vs Central Florence (AL)
Kossuth-Coach Robert Burdette will be able to count on Bryson Jackson, Hunter Hutchens & Jake Allen to get the job done. KHS also has some exciting underclassmen and will be playing lots of youth – potentially a 7th grader.
Central-The Wildcats are coached by Josh Bryant and he’ll be relying on the junior trio of Jackson Brewer, Brody Cole and Bryant Hanback. This team will be ready to compete.
11:30 Saltillo (MS) vs Red Bay (AL)
Saltillo-Saltillo Tigers will roar into the Classic this year with Coach Mitch Howell. Three starters return from last year – Gunner Wesson, JT Beasley and Jack Adams. Add Cayden Howell to the mix & these guys are going to be very tough!
Red Bay-Coach John Torisky brings a squad that will blend senior leadership with youth. Lawson Glover and Holden Inman will lead the Tigers, but make no mistake, there are plenty more weapons! Red Bay brings back 90% of their team from last year.
1:00 BFL Prep (WA) vs PSAT Academy (TX)
BFL Prep-Coming all the way from Seattle, please welcome BFL Prep to the Classic! Coach Barry Jones brings a LOADED team that’s full of D1 talent. 4 star 2026 Katrelle Harmon & 3 star Christian Jones are the headliners, but don’t overlook Diabe Bathily, Traymaine Belanger & the rest!
PSAT Academy-We’re happy to host PSAT Academy (Houston, TX) in the Classic this year. PSAT is coached by Jeremy Peters & boasts a talented and tall roster. Aidan Duran, TK Lawson and Karl-El McNeilly are poised for a breakout year!
2:30 Moravian Prep (NC) vs Albuquerque Prep (NM)
Moravian Prep-Defending Lighthouse Classic Challenge champs, Moravian Prep (Hudson, NC) has reloaded in grand style!! Coach Jeremy Ellis has 4 star top 75 2025 phenom Eli Ellis back in the fold (he dropped 45 recently) joining brother Isaac Ellis! Eli is a social media phenom and is amazing on the court. The junior just committed to South Carolina. Dwayne Williams, Eli DeLaurier & company are super talented. Moravian Prep shattered a team record last year with 20 made 3’s in a game. Will they top that this year?
Albuquerque Prep-We are pumped to have our first team from New Mexico – Albuquerque Prep!! Coach Brandon Mason will bring a team full of future major college players. Headlining the group is Memphis native 2025 Christian Gilliland and 2024 Johnny Pierce.
4:00 Bartlett (TN) vs Germantown (MS)
Bartlett-Welcome back Coach Dion Real and Bartlett. He has this program consistently among the best & this year is no different. Tennessee #1 player and 3 star 6-5 Abilene Christian signee Christian Alston, 2024 R’Chaun King & 2025 KJ Neville are the headliners, but oh there’s more! This matchup between Bartlett and Germantown is David vs Goliath. Bartlett’s been on top of TN basketball for several years.
Germantown-We’re pumped to have the Germantown Mavericks in this year’s Classic! Coach Chris Love has a young team but is full of talent. #1 ranked MS sophomore and overall #9 nationally ranked 6-11 5 star Sam Funches will stand above the crowd, but fellow 2026’s Devin Moore and Joseph Anthony can also hoop!
5:30 Raymond (MS) vs St. Thomas More (LA)
Raymond-They’re back! Raymond enters the Classic with high expectations- MS preseason #1 team. That’s very fitting since they played for the 4A title the last 7 years straight. Coach Tony Tadlock will be targeting his 5th championship this year and with the MS #1 senior EJ Paymon along with Mekhi Strong & Kaymarius Lewis, the Rangers are poised to do so.
St. Thomas More-St. Thomas More (Lafayette LA) will make their initial appearance in the Classic. St. Thomas More is a Louisiana powerhouse that’s very balanced. Led by legendary Coach Danny Broussard, this team is deep! 2024’s Chad Jones and Michael Mouton will lead the Cougars.
7:00 Pinson Valley (AL) vs Yazoo City (MS)
Pinson Valley-Finally! We are excited to welcome Alabama powerhouse – Pinson Valley. The Indians are coached by Darrell Barber and he will lead a team full of ballers. Keep your eyes on 2024’s Amari Bowens and Austin Coner & 2026 stud Clyde Walters.
Yazoo City-Coach Anthony Carlyle will bring his 3rd team to the Classic (won state titles at all 3). The defending MS 4A State Champ! He has several prospects but none larger than JSU commit Tamarion Hoover & fellow 2024 Demarion Winston. This game is gonna be off the chart! Both teams play similar styles, have elite athletes, play great defense and are well coached! Expect to see each team playing for the championship this year.

Corinth-Our host school – Corinth – will close out each day of the Classic! First year Head Coach Marty Walker will rely on balanced scoring and defense. 2024 KD Fields, 2025’s Cayden Harris & Griffin Enis along with 2026 Xae Mayes will push the pace!
Bayou Academy-We are pleased to welcome Bayou Academy (Cleveland, MS) to the Classic! Coach Wesley Aldridge will bring talented & experienced players. 2024’s Thomas Craft & Carson Jenkins along with 2025 JR Isler will pace the Colts.

10:00 Alcorn Central (MS) vs Marshall Academy (MS)
Alcorn Central-Alcorn Central comes into the Classic with a lot of excitement! Coach Clark Whitten takes the reigns and has a good cupboard to draw from. Senior Andrew Williams & Junior JT Potts along with Sophomore Wilson McDonald will spearhead the charge!
Marshall Academy-Welcome back to the Classic Marshall Academy!! Coach Jeff Dalton takes the reigns for the Patriots and will rely on youth to get the job done! They will be led by Juniors Carson Orman & Eli Gurley and Sophomore Carlos Young.
11:30 Cordova (TN) vs Cullman (AL)
Cordova-Coach Terrance Scales will bring a stacked Cordova team to the Classic this year. The Wolves will be guard oriented as usual. Drake signee KJ Tenner leads the charge with fellow 2024 stars Julius Thedford and Mississippian Jay Tyler.
Cullman-We’re pumped to finally have the Cullman Bearcats in the Classic! Coach Stu Stuedeman brings a State Championship contender to Corinth! 2024’s Colton Echols & Sam Duskin and 2025’s Jake Dorough & Evan Wilson will be the go-to players. Duskin just landed an Air Force offer.

4:00 Baker (AL) vs Cleveland Central (MS)
Baker-The Baker Hornets are back in the Classic with a new look. Coach David Armstrong’s team will be more balanced and potent this year. 2025 high octane Desmond Williams and 2024 Andersen Madyun will pace the team.
Cleveland Central-We are happy to have Cleveland Central (MS) back in the Classic! Coach Berryhill brings a 5A favorite loaded with skill, height and depth. Tayler Berryhill, Jayden Sampson and Tony Bradley, Jr will be leading the Wolves. If you like great guards, fast tempo and good competition, get out and see this game!! Both teams expect to make deep runs this year and there’s many reasons why!

Huntsville-Huntsville Panthers will return as one of the top programs in Alabama. Coach Christian Schweers has many to choose from, but at the top of the list are 6-9 2024 Samford signee Caleb Harrison & 2025’s Simon Walker and Brayden Rivers. Huntsville has recently picked up national attention by playing the top team in the country, Montverde Academy, in Florida. They didn’t win the contest but they opened eyes with their play.
7:00 Booneville (MS) vs Mountain Brook (AL)
Booneville-Stacked! The Booneville Blue Devils will roll into the Classic as the MS 3A favorite. The 2 time defending State Champ is stacked again. Coach Michael Smith will count on top 2025 Mississippi player Kedrick Simmons and 2024’s Alec Nunley & Landon Brown to deliver.
Mountain Brook-When you talk high school basketball in Alabama, you know Mountain Brook is gonna surface. Coach Tyler Davis has this perinial powerhouse primed and ready! Creighton signee and Alabama’s #1 player Ty Davis and fellow 2024 Carson Romero will pace the Spartans. Mountain Brook is the 6A State runner-up. Both programs at the top of their respective states.
