Notes: The Pine Grove Lady Panthers have plenty of young options that just keep coming at you. Adalyn Forsythe (5-7 ’28 SG Pine Grove) edged out eight graders Leah Jarvis (5-1 ’29 SG Pine Grove) and Ainsley Wilkerson (5-2 ’29 PG Pine Grove) for Player of the Game honors. When I say young, I mean really young. They were paced in this game by a junior, two ninth graders and two eight graders and they have plenty of more young players that can step up and have great nights. Pine Grove will only continue to develop and will be a force down the road.

Georgia McCallum (5-7 ’29 G/F Hickory Flat) is the bright future for Hickory Flat.

Notes: Brittan Fryar (5-8 ’25 PG Pine Grove) had a big second and third quarter to help push the Panthers to the victory. Fryar has the ability to get easy baskets around the lane. Noah Howell (5-8 ’28 SG Pine Grove) came off the bench to provide a big spark of energy. He was all over the court attacking the passing lanes and came away with 6 steals and plenty of deflections. He also nailed a couple long balls with his quick release.

Cason Paul (5-5 ’27 G Hickory Flat) paced a Rebel team that has really good size across the board.
