2024-25 MHSAA 2A Girls Champions
Congrats to Coach Trent Adair
and the
Ingomar Lady Falcons
Region 2 #1 Ingomar Lady Falcons finished the season 32-2. The Lady Falcons won the 14th girls title in school history. They finished the season ranked #15 according to MaxPreps with an average score of 63-32. They won their third title in a row. These seniors are leaving Ingomar with an unofficial record of 132-12 in high school. However, these girls have been playing varsity since the seventh grade and their 6 year combined record is 168-44 with 4 state championships. There has been some speculation that they have the most wins in a career but in my research they are not. That achievement belongs to another Ingomar group that consisted of Gara Beth Self and Lauren Thompson. They were 192-34 in six years. Don’t get me wrong, with all of the volleyball accolades added in it does make them a special and historic group. With all of them wins adding up what does that mean? It means Trent Adair has done a decent job. His unofficial record is 388-114 in 14 season with 7 state championships. That’s an average of 28-8 each year. All of them numbers equal up to legendary.
