Ma’Darius Hobson 6-2 2018 G/F 30 pts, 9-11 ft, 11 reb: Hobson does it all on every level from scoring. He was battling cramps and still dropped 30. He crashes the boards and plays defense.
Dashun Berry 6-0 2020 G 9 pts, 7 reb: Houlka has a nice freshman coming up the ranks. Coach McDonald always seems to have a major player every several years and here is another one following in Hobsons shoes. Learn this name. You will remember him later.

Coach Wilson has been working with these guys. He had his team playing smart and you can tell they are still improving.
Jake Smith 5-10 2017 G15 pts, 3 3’s: This guy played all out. He handled the ball and scored from outside. Coach Wilson has a guy with plenty of heart and a kind of spunk that is contagious.

Kelton Hall 6-2 2018 G/F 21 pts, 3 3’s: This was one of the worst shooting games I’ve seen Kelton have and he still dropped 21 quiet points.

Pontotoc Video Highlights
The Warriors are still missing some key football guys and they are still looking like a great team. That’s scary for 4A when they get the full team and get adjusted to each other again. Coach Vandiver has his guys playing fluidly and passing, passing, passing.
Ty Jones 6-6 2017 G/F 19 pts, 9-15 fg, 7 reb, 4 ast: Ty is having to play a little out of position while waiting on the football guys to get back. That’s really not slowing him down. Ty is still stacking up big time numbers.
Cortavius Shelton 5-10 2018 G 17 pts, 5-8 fg, 7-7 ft, 9 reb, 2 ast: Shelton is playing big around and under the rim. I don’t think that he has ever seen a shot he couldn’t get off around the basket. Then he will draw you in and hit the open man for the easy layup.
Isaiah Miller 5-9 2017 PG 16 pts, 4 3’s, 9 reb, 7 ast, 3 st: He could be the difference in this team this season. He is playing lights out. He is scoring easy from the outside. He is racking up major assist numbers with this pass happy team. But grabbing that many boards tho. Keep it going Isaiah and 4A teams will learn to really dislike you.
