In all three appearances at the Big House this season Holly Springs delivered heart-pounding games. The first two games came out in the Hawks favor. The third and most important game was in the way of St. Andrews Episcopal. Garrison Wade (6-6 ’18 F St. Andrews Epsicopal 19 pts, 11 pts in the 4th quarter, 19 reb, 14 in 2nd half, 5-7 ft 2 ast 3 blk) put the Saints on his shoulders to deliver the Gold Ball. Wade hitting one of the game sealing free-throws below.

This was one of the most anticipated games of the year. It didn’t disappoint as Columbus masterfully showed offensive patience to get good looks and played solid on the defensive end to limit Meridians good looks. Robert Woodard II (6-7  ’18 G/F Columbus 12 pts 13 reb 3 ast 5 blk) and Denijay Harris (6-7 ’18 G/F Columbus 26 pts, 20 pts in 2nd half, 10-14 fg 8 reb 2 ast 2 blk) both had big time games in the win.
